Industrial cylinders

The reliable Nurmi industrial cylinders provide real user benefits in paper machines, steel mills and smelting plants, mining and rock drilling machinery, pile drivers, cranes and lifting equipment.

We deliver cylinders with diameters ranging from 40mm to 600mm, with stroke up to ten meters and total weight up to ten tons. We also manufacture double-acting telescopic cylinders for applications where length and reach are vital, as well as totally acid-proof cylinders and other customized applications.

Nurmi Hydraulics is also at the forefront of designing and supplying cylinders with built-in electronics, such as linear sensors or limit switch type connectors. Not just for stroke indication, linear sensors are now used increasingly for cylinder programming and pre-programming.
